What you need:
Two milk bottles
One funnel
Some strong bendy wire
String
Tin foil
One tin can
Hose pipe or bamboo
Glue or plastic to plug pipe ends
Bucket
Pump water bottle cap
Bowl

Sanitizer – lemons, tea leaves and aloe Vera

Description
Water that has been collected from the water collector travels down the pipe into the milk bottle then into another milk bottle which is lower than the first.

This water then travels through another pipe into the funnel where you wash your hands. This water then travels down a pipe into a hot tin can. Under this can is a fire which boils the water that creates steam. The steam floats up the pipe into the first milk bottle. This cycle then continues again and again. The second milk bottle has a flap that you can put lemons in and tea leaves for a sanitizer. There is also a bowl that has sanitizer in it by the funnel to put your hands in which you then wash off in the water. There is also a tap which is a pump water bottle cap in the pipe from the water catcher to the first bottle that you can use for drinking when it is over flowing.

Health notes

Our project cleans hands when water goes through the funnel down into a tin can above a fire which creates steam which cleans the water. Then the steam goes through two milk bottles one with fresh water and one with some hand sanitizer. Then comes out the tap and washes your hands. To make the sanitizer you add lemons tea leaves and Aloe Vera into the milk bottle add water and mix it all together.
Your recipe for sanitiser is excellent with all the ingredients available in PNG. There are some very clever ideas here and I can see all of the hear work that has gone into the project.
I am not sure about your fire idea, although it would of course sterilise the water. I think that you would have to keep cutting trees and perhaps small children might crawl in and get burnt. It might be better to use the water on plants and get fresh water every time you need it.

Ingredients for Sanitizer:

Titree 1 small pot size.
Rosemary 2 handfuls.
Aloe vera 2 leaves.
Juice from 2 lemons.

Tools for model
A medium size can.
2 little bits of steel pipe.
5 meters of garden hose.
Gum resin for glue.
Kindling.
Fire.
Three big stones.
2 cups of water.
5 sticks of bamboo.
Knife for cutting.
Stick for putting glue on the model.
Tin foil.

We started with a simple tin can. We added a steel pipe by putting a hole in the can. The steel pipe is needed because we are going to heat the can. Then we added the garden hose to the steel pipe. Then we added a bigger can then we glued the can to the hose.

Health notes.
We thought our model would be healthy because we included a sanitizer that has acid and acids kill the germs,
It washes your hands with out using a lot of water.

It works by heating up the can with water to purify the water.
You also have a good sanitiser recipe. Gum resin is clever as well.
You have used recycled materials or materials easily found in PNG for your gadget so it shows a lot of though has gone into the design.
But, like the first project, I am sure sure about using fire, mainly for safety reasons. In a school it could be dangerous.
