Jordan's device
Effectiveness: The concept is thoughtful and would be effective. Well done! If you tried building your design it would be helpful to know how big the water catcher should be and what sort of materials you would use. Have you thought about writing instructions so that somebody could get the right materials and measure their sizes and know how to put these together? When you make balsa wood planes for example, the step by step instructions are there to help.
Durability: The concept has a making of a durable system.
User-friendliness: It is! Definitely. The taps and catchments are solid. Are you by chance a yachtie?
Communication: generally good. The instructions refer to a filter and tap but neither are shown on the drawing.

Health education posters
Some of the posters are a bit scary! It might actually turn kids away. It might be better to appeal to students by telling them that they will be more cool or some such after washing their hands.

Health Safety board game and rules
The board game looks great. It is visually appealing with the bright colours and great art work. Well done! Altogether great thinking. I really like the 'other people help you reach higher points' concept. Very clever. Also having to do what the picture you land on tells you. The mention of soap is always good. I think the Oxfam Water for Survival project in PNG should know about your game. They currently used a Germs and Worms board game in schools but the idea that you have to do what it says in the picture could form the basis of another boardgame. Pat yourselves on the back!

Card games: These look fun but I am not sure (apart from the title) how they would improve a student's understanding of health?

Health education presentations
You have certainly covered all the bases about what can get on hands and how to get it all off! It is also good to look at good and harmful bacteria. The presentations are very attractively put together.

PNG Fact Sheet
It’s good that you have researched an overview of Papua New Guinea but some of the facts you state show the importance of ‘triangulation’.  This is where you look for three separate sources of information to back up what you are writing about. Then you look for the most up to date statistics.
For example, you state that Papua New Guinea has a population of about 4.5 million people. The population of PNG is probably nearer 6.6 million.

Water cycle
It's always a good idea to acknowledge your sources. Couldn't you find any data for the Papua New Guinea highlands?

Liam, Megan and Leigh's water wheel
Effectiveness: You have got the idea of a waterwheel and it is potentially very clever. For example, if you demonstrated how to allocate a small amount of water for each wash. You could do it in little doses if during the rotation an arm tipped a swinging bucket on the water wheel. This would provide a dose of washing water. All you would have to add are the swinging buckets.
The photographs show a nicely built water wheel but we are not sure how we wash our hands? Because you made your model from cardboard you couldn't have actually tested it to make sure it works.
Durability: Stronger materials than cardboard is needed for testing.
User-friendliness: We had to do a lot of thinking about how this actually worked.
Communication: Beautifully put together model. The explanations are also cleverly put together and are very attractive visually. The digital graphics are great. I see you three are well on the way to being graphic designers with the design skills and that level of attention to your work.

Wind mills
I am not sure what is happening with these 'wind' mills? Do you have an explanation re the context?
